Massage Therapy Treatments

Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage

Do you sit at a desk all day? Or have years of major chronic tension and knots into your muscles? Deep tissue might be the best treatment for you! The amount of pressure varies per client, and the area of the body I'm working on. It is ultimately up to you to decide your comfort level. In addition, it’s normal for the pressure to feel like a “good hurt” during the session. You may also have some mild discomfort after the massage for 24 hours or so. It is recommended to drink lots of water after and take an epsom salt bath.

Relaxation Massage

Need a time out from the world for an hour or so? This type of massage can be beneficial for anyone! I usually recommend a full body 60 or 90 minute session to get the full benefit of the treatment. The benefits include: enhanced circulation, stress relief, improved sleep and mood, etc.

Prenatal Massage

It is very safe and beneficial to get a massage throughout your pregnancy, with your doctors approval, of course. We recommend to wait until you are passed your first trimester to start a massage routine. This can be great for loosening up tight hips, lessening stress on growing baby and changing mama, and relieving lower back and feet pain.

Cupping Massage Therapy

Enjoy a therapeutic massage, with the added benefits of cupping! Great for increasing circulation, releasing restricted fascia and scar tissue, speeding up healing, and pain relief.

I use silicone cups, creating a very gentle, yet effective treatment.

*Not recommended during pregnancy.
